Dear Parents/Guardians and Young Athletes,

Welcome to “Next Level”, the premier sport performance camp for young athletes! Next Level Sport Performance Camp is designed to help students entering grades 2nd through 6th to improve all aspects of athletic functioning and enhance overall health and wellness. Campers will learn the basics of form running to improve speed, perform agility drills to improve quickness, develop strength by learning proper technique of bodyweight and light resistance exercises, and improve flexibility by executing various mobility exercises. Campers will also play sport games and fun games to learn teamwork strategies and sportsmanship.

Campers are expected to:
~ wear comfortable clothing
~ wear comfortable sneakers
~ bring a towel (We will sweat.)
~ bring a snack, a lunch, and plenty of water (NOTICE: This will be a nut free environment.)
