Friends' Health Connection

A nonprofit support network that connects people with similar health problems for the purpose of mutual support. Provides two support networks: the Patient Network connects individuals with health problems; the Caregiver Network connects family members, friends and caregivers of people with health problems. Also provides notices of workshops and lectures located in hospitals and other locations throughout New Jersey.

Child Trends. A nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization dedicated to studying children, youth, and families through research, data collection, and data analyses. Child Trends was established in 1979 and currently has a staff of 50 researchers, analysts, and administrative and support personnel.

A site that links the nation's children to health insurance. Every state in the nation has a health insurance program for infants, children, and teens. The insurance is available to children in working families, including families that include individuals with a variety of immigration statuses.
