Renaissance on a field trip

Everywhere is a Classroom: The Renaissance Field Research Experience

The small size of our physical school is a limitation that guides our growth. The Renaissance Middle School Campus extends far beyond our walls and provides our students with experiences that serve them far beyond a textbook. Each grade level hosts a cache of field research trips to extend student learning and give them real world experiences. All of these destinations are carefully vetted and are accompanied with lessons that are directly connected to respective curriculum and standards. We know that by placing our students in an environment where they are forced to see history alive or to apply the information they’ve learned in class that they will form deeper and more meaningful connections to their studies.

Here is a look at where our students have and will venture to in 2018-2019.
